Frank Rain
Frank Rain is the latest creation of Cartoonist Eric Merced. Based in the fictional semi-futuristic City called Behemoth City, Frank Rain, an ex-Cop turned Private Detective takes on a job to find a kidnapped Scientist. Along the way, a few noses will have to be broken, and a few bullets fired, but in the end, Frank Rain will prove that when it comes to being tough, no one is tougher and more dangerous then he is.
